We recently provided audio engineering services for a local charity event hosted by Hearts Together, a non-profit organization. This intimate gathering of around 100 guests required precise audio control for speeches, live music, and videos. Though smaller in scale, the event was no less significant, as the goal was to create an engaging atmosphere for supporters while ensuring every moment was clearly heard.

Our team began by meeting with the event organizers to understand their specific needs, which included setting up a PA system, microphones for speeches, and music playback for the evening’s entertainment. The event was held at a small community center, where acoustics can sometimes pose a challenge due to the size and layout of the room.

Given the room’s unique acoustic properties, we strategically placed speakers and utilized a digital mixer to ensure sound was evenly distributed without overpowering the space. Wireless microphones were set up for the presenters and performers, allowing for seamless transitions between speakers and acts.

As the evening progressed, our audio engineers monitored sound levels closely, making subtle adjustments as needed to ensure a consistent and pleasant experience for all attendees. The highlight of the evening—a live acoustic performance—was particularly well-received, with clear and balanced sound allowing guests to enjoy the music without distractions.
